1. Contact your dealer if you have owned your product for less than 30 days.  Continue to step two if you have owned the product for more than 30 days.
   
   
2. Please review your product related troubleshooting guide and fill out a Service Request form if needed.  From the “Product Categories” tab, scroll down and select “Heaters.”  Doing so will direct you to a new page that will guide you through the process.
