Please submit this form within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty.

  1. The Warranty Registration Form needs to be completely filled out. Click on "Submit" when you are finished.
     
  2. The product model should be listed on your original receipt or the product itself.
     
  3. Serial numbers are usually located on the rear or bottom of the product.  Most serial numbers start with one or more letters i.e. "WG".
